The User Picker field is available in the Data Centre version of Confluence, can this please look into adding this into the cloud version of Confluence.

We are currently reviewing Forms in Cloud more broadly, including identifying what is missing compared to the Data Center experience. Your observation is very relevant in that context and is genuinely valuable to us.
